We recently had a guy come out to check our system as we felt something wasn’t right. We were lucky and everything turned out fine, everyone was very friendly and efficient. My only problem was I wish they had warned me a service call is 150.00 +tax. Thanks for your prompt and good service
More great service today October 4 2021 thanks for fixing me up, it’s a great system and we love our soft water. Always friendly prompt service.

The folks at Young's Water have been extremely helpful.
They've been maintaining my water system for a couple years now, and always explain what they fixing and are open and honest about any changes we may require.
Recently, considering a part I throught might be good for our RO system, they explained what it's really used for, and that it wouldn't benefit our needs. Some places would just sell you a product for the sake of it, but I'm very grateful of their honesty and transparency about it.
Look forward to continued service with them.

We are so thankful to Paul at Youngs Water for coming out to our place to fix our connection that blew and stopped the leaking. He gave us honest advice about what we should do to fix the problem before it got worse. It’s only a matter of time before something needs to be replaced and things could have been much worse. I like the honesty, courtesy and that they actually care about you and making it right. Looking forward to a refresh in 2 weeks when they come to replace all the connections! Thanks!!!

We get our water from a well and have been having issues since we moved in. Paul at Young's water was kind enough to let us know that our well water is beyond treatable and that no equipment would make it drinkable unless we were to spend thousands. Thank you for your honestly rather than needlessly selling us equipment! The water test was free of charge!

This is ONE water company you'll want to service your home water needs.
We had Young's in for a complete water softener system, Tony installed system, redirected and added new piping. Quality product and excellent workmanship.
We also had Paul and Tony install a new pump for well water and new piping to home. Initially, they gave an approx quote but did inform us to dig first, since pump was buried and there was no casing extending above ground, so virtually quoting blind (older home). We didn't want any surprises. We did the dig, they immediately looked at our setup, and confirmed quote. They

After visiting a competitor down the road who tried to baffle me with minimal information/education and high pressure sales tactics, their best case scenario system was going to be around $10000! Walked into Young's and I was treated with respect and educated with no pressure to buy. Once I decided to get an actual quote for what I wanted, I was… given pricing options and got a system that was significantly less than their competitor. Installation was FAST!!! Anthony and Paul had the system up and running in a couple of hours. Quality, North American made components also had an impact on

We will only go to Young's from now on for any water related issues. We had a "DIY" system installed by the previous owner and it wasn't working well. Tony came out to take a look and explained the entire situation to us. He was great to deal with and trustworthy. He installed a new system, sealed up our well properly and we couldn't be happier.

We bought a house in Pelham a few years ago with a very neglected well water system. Within six months the submersible pump had died. Young's water quickly got us up and running with a new pump installation. Since then they've been our first choice for anything to do with water treatment.
Recently our 26 year old Kinetico water softener started really showing its age. Water samples confirmed that it was no longer softening our water sufficiently. Paul didn't try to sell us a new system and instead rebuilt the old unit and had it back to us in a couple days working like it was new.
