Got an initial diagnostic from this company for a heating issue. The tech Robert was polite, clean, and professional the whole time. He was very good at explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. The company was very responsive at my initial inquiry for setting up the diagnostic appointment. My main problem with this company was that after the tech diagnosed the issue, I was then charged a $49 diagnostic fee, which was at no point mentioned during scheduling or setup. Had I known this fee existed, I would’ve looked elsewhere for an initial diagnosis & price quote. I would recommend

Found the business on Yelp, had great reviews so I decided to try them. Very professional, friendly and kept me informed when they would be showing up. Issam was my technician and explained everything that need to be done, after he completed the repair he left the area clean. I asked him a little about the company - he told me how long they have been in Vegas and informed me the owner was a very good boss and kind to his employees which I loved to hear. I would highly recommend them.

Our heating system was not working. We had a company come out and tell us our heating system was shot and it would cost $3000 to repair. We called Bob’s Repair for a second opinion. It turns out we just needed a new thermostat that only cost us $189. We were so relieved and thankful that this company was so honest. Issam was the technician that came out and he was professional, friendly and and very efficient. We will definitely be using Bob again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

RON and his team from Bobs repair installed our new air conditioner in about five hours. They covered the floor in plastic to keep everything clean as they carried the old unit outside and the new air conditioner into the house. I’m so happy and will tell all my friends to call Bob’s Repair if they need service or a brand new unit. Bob’s quote was $3,000 less then the competition.

Waited 17 days and they never called to cancel or schedule . I had called 4 times trying to book an appointment and they refused to give me a solid time or day. then when they did they fired an employee and never called any of his work orders to let them know . they told me I wasn't priority. I called tingly heating and he came withing 30 min and did the 5 min job ! for 5 min job and a 95$ service charge youd think they would have showed up or at least called to cancel.
