We had an emergency situation and the Francis Team (Josh and Kyle E) were amazingly. We discussed the situation with the manager and he sent them right away to help us install a new on demand hot water tank. They were professional, efficient and very skilled at their work. We are extremely pleased!

I had a problem with a leaking tap in the basement and contacted Francis Plumbing for the needed repair or replacement.
The company offered an appointment, then confirmed the scheduled time by email and phone. The plumber arrived on time and gave an estimate for cost and date for replacement.
The replacement was carried out on the next visit.
The cost was as expected and the taps are good for another many years.
The company’s attention to the customer both in person and phone,emails was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

Had Terry come out to do a maintenance our furnace 2 days before Christmas. During the inspection he detected a CO leak and a crack on the heat exchanger. He was able to call back to the office make sure there was a replacement furnace available and got us a quote right away.
With Marie coordinating things at HQ, Josh and Kyle was out the next day on Christmas Eve installing our new high efficiency furnace. Glad Josh was on this job because he installed our new A/C in the summer of 2020, during one of our Ottawa heat waves.
Definitely recommend Francis Plumbing & Heating!

Graham and Kyle were excellent technicians who walked me through a very complicated hot water heater installation. They were on time, very professional and answered all questions. They supplied us with space heaters to ensure we stayed warm during the installation. They even discovered a propane leak and made sure to set up a repair in the coming days. Excellent service, I will continue to work with Francis plumbing!
Kaitlyn came to fix our propane leak a couple days after our installation. She did a great job was on time and efficient! Great service.

I have always been impressed by Francis Plumbing and Heating . Yesterday, I called with a rather unusual question about the cost of service. I told Don that I was asking for a relative who lives in another city. Obviously, this was not a case where Francis would do the work. Don provided a full response to my very unusual request quickly and willingly. More evidence of the great customer service provided by Francis!

Francis Plumbing & Heating has impressed me with their courteous and professional service from initial quote with advice that saved us hundreds of dollars and felt more like a masterclass in heating and ventilation than a sales pitch (thanks Ray) to follow-up communication without pressure from Ray and Jeff, to personal-touch front-office booking and communication, all the way to COVID-19 precautions during installation and obvious pride of workmanship from the technicians involved (Jeff, Ian, and Jordan H). We had to get our hot water tank replaced recently. Not because there was anything wrong with it (it was still working fine with no leaks) but because it was 13 years old and our home insurance company told us that if we didn't replace it they would no longer insure us for flooding or water damage.
We called a few places to get quotes and while Francis Plumbing and Heating was the highest quote, they seemed to us to be the most competent and they had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, so we went with them.
Overall, we were very satisfied with them. Their technicians are outstanding
