I have been using Pro Reefer for a very long time. The president, Tom, has been one of the best people to do business with. He has taken care of my fleet for about 15 years or so, not once have we had any issues with his service. The ladies in the office always go the extra mile to take care of us, fast detailed invoicing, and I can check my PM's coming due live on their customer portal, I'm very happy with them.

My company has been using Pro Reefer on a daily basis for over two years... I can honestly say, they have hands down the best techs out there! The service is done in a timely manner and the communication the techs have with what work was completed is amazing. The customer service is also incredible.. They have always answered every question we have had and not once when we called and needed a service call ASAP, they didnt come through... I HIGHLY recommend Pro Reefer!!!

I would NOT recommend Pro Reefer to any company. I have regularly used them for past 9 plus months to service my reefer. I noticed that they replaced one part 3 times and decided to bill me twice within a time span of 5 months. Originally they replaced the fuel solenoid in August (2019), then in September (2019) now again in January (2020). Clearly they are using faulty parts. They charge quite a bit for their parts and labour and their services are terrible. If you want to continuously have downtime with your reefer use their services.
