Best in class customer experience! The team at Parkland Family Dentistry is attentive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Unprofessional! Before my plan would change, I gave them a call and front desk said they would take a HMO plan best, based on the description of my dental needs! On my appoitment day they said opps! sorry they do not take my plan and I should known to pick PPO and not HMO! I could not believe the lack of professionalism! I called the office prior to making a choice and based my choice on their recommendation! JUST AWFUL!!!!

Absolutely love Parkland Family Dentistry! The dental hygienist is amazing and she really took the time to get to know me and my dental needs as a patient. Everyone working here really goes above and beyond with patients, including everyone at the front. It was nice to have a dentist and hygienist who understand my concerns and tell me exactly what steps i need to take.

I’m so glad I found a local dentist that is thorough; explaining everything in detail and upfront about the finances. I was impressed by just about everything!! From the waiting room area, much like a fancy hotel lobby with aromatic scents like a spa. The staff was friendly and caring and their technology was state of the art. The dental hygienist was patient and gentle with the whole procedure, explaining every step of the way to keep you informed and comfortable!!

I just went to Parkland Family Dentistry for the first time with my dad, who had some pain on lower left side. The place was clean and thoughtfully decorated with candles, balloons, and coffee machine. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with working out the schedule and bills. Shout out to Shivon!
My dad had various problems in his oral health. The medical staff were very thorough taking X-rays, camera photos, checking on the problem areas, and explaining to us.
Dr. Huang was absolutely amazing! He was a pleasure to work with, had great bedside manner, and took his time explaining

Best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had, thank you to Mira! I went into the appointment very resentful and anxious after not having been for 5 years due to an awful experience somewhere else. She was incredibly welcoming and understanding of my anxiety. She kept that in mind during the entire visit and explained every step. Dr. Huang was fantastic as well. The whole team has restored my faith in going to the dentist and my anxiety is no longer. Thank you!!

Have to say thank you to parkland dental for getting me in for an emergency visit during the covid-19 crisis. I can confidently recommend this clinic because I had the best dental experience there of any clinic I've ever been to. The two dentists I saw were both females, Dr. Beaudry and then Dr. Milenia I believe her name was. I have had bad experiences with dental clinics in the past both in terms of pain control, indifference and rude staff, poor… communication skills, and a complete lack of personal service skills when it came to informing me as a patient and being able to talk me through procedures so I knew what to expect.
