All of our products are gluten free as we strive to serve those who suffer from celiac, autism, I.B.S., wheat allergies and other problems. We also serve those who need lactose free, egg free and sugar free foods as well as any others who live with food allergies. Our goal is to make great tasting food so that those with these problems can once again have choice in their diet.
We are constantly trying new recipes and ideas as we try to add to the foods our customers can eat. We now make three different types of delicious perogies, tasty waffles and an addictive pumpkin cream cheese roll. We look forward to serving our community and adding to the quality of life of our customers.

When my husband Ron started experiencing severe stomach problems, we started looking for a solution. With doctors not knowing the cause I decided to start researching causes myself. I remembered talking with my best friend Regina in the past about eating gluten free. Regina had told me how much better she felt once she had changed her diet.
We realize there are many different dietary requirements. That's why we work with you personally to make great tasting foods that fit your personal needs. I am celiac and I found this gem while vacation at Niagara falls...this was one of the best parts of our trip, the owner was amazingly kind and i had the best freshly made bread in years...!!!..it is hard to… find real gluten free places where to feel safe of any cross contamination and this place was my savior...I enjoyed the chicken pot pie, the dinner rolls (insanely amazing) ,the pepperoni with vegetables pizza that my husband loved it more than me and he is not even celiac hahaha...best cupcakes ever and the owner made us french toasts one morning ,for me was the best thing because

Stopped in here to check out what they have. bought some bread and cookies and a cupcake. All of them were delicous and didn't taste like other gluten free items I have tried. The cupcake especially surprised me. most gf cupcakes I have tried are heavy and dense. These were light and fluffy. I think they have found the magic potion to make gf items!!! I will be shopping here regularly. I need to try the perogies next!!

What an awesome bakery with the kindest people here. I am from the US and happened to be visiting Niagara today and had a hankering for something sweet. What a treat! I found this bakery and literally had the best cupcakes I have ever had. The icing alone is to die for and everything is gluten free and can be made dairy or sugar free if needed. Anytime I am in town I definitely will be frequenting here for sure.

Great selection of gluten free breads, cookies, cupcakes and muffins. They even had soups, pierogies and pizza dough. The chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookies are my favorite. The sweet lady working the counter cut up some samples for us to try and even sliced our bread for us since we are traveling. If you're looking for more of a sugar free selection it was recommended to order ahead of time. So very cheap for what you get. I've been to other gluten free shops in other parts of the country and have paid double what I paid today.

We are from Alberta and were traveling through and found this bakery. WOW, are we ever glad we did. they have the best gluten free bakery items we have ever had! The pizza crust is absolutely the most amazing ever!! I wish this bakery was closer to home. it will be worth a trip back to stock up again! We highly recommend making a trip in to see her and stock up!!🙏🙏🙏

De Healthy Baker is a fun gluten free bakery in Chippewa (part of Niagara Falls), Ontario.
It is a very personal business. You can tell that the owner puts a lot of herself into everything's that she creates.
There was a good selection of breads, pizza crusts, desserts, pies, and even specialty cakes for people doing diets such as KETO.
I met with the owner and she was quite pleasant and easy to get along with. She was very knowledgeable about food, and was very forthcoming with suggestions of what might help, and why in the kitchen.

Stellar customer service that stems from a great owner. The owner, Estelle was in when I came in last week and I had the opportunity to have a great chat with her. She was friendly, knowledgable on food allergies and offered up samples of many of her wonderful products. She provided samples of many of her breads, hamburger buns, and vanilla cupcake. The breads and buns were some of the moist and most delicious I've ever had. Her passion for her business and providing quality products and service really was very evident. People searching for good quality gluten free baking products know how difficult it can be. Sure, there are plenty of gluten free products in the major grocery stores now, but most are such poor quality that they are barely edible, or they are so packed with sugar your glycemic index spikes just smelling their products.
