Initially we were contacted by the company's sales man, Oscar. He was very open and honest about their service and products. The rest of the process went smoothly with every single person in their team. they followed up for each step and its fair to say that they were on track for 90% of the steps. The final result is what we expected, and we are saving a lot on our bill on a monthly basis. I recommend them to anyone who wants to take the step and upgrade.

Great Experience. From the initial contact to the last minute of installation they did great. they took care of all the application submissions to the government. The delivery of the lights were on-time, and their professional team installed and cleaned up without any hassle for my business. The savings from the upgrades started from the 4th month. Very disappointing experience with this vendor. The contract was sold based on the energy savings and rebate that we could receive. If you go to the company web site it is all about the energy savings. The company salesman was also very aggressive, and omitted or didn't provide full disclosure on all the steps involved in getting our refund. We made a mistake in the process which we disclosed immediately (as honesty and integrity are cornerstones of our company), and based on that we were disqualified from our rebate. Once the company receives the cheque there is very little follow up or support
