After having my complimentary hearing test done, Mike, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, described the benefits of hearing aids and what they would do for my hearing. Being relatively young and this being my first set of hearing aids, I was offered to select from a few different hearing aids. This is an excellent hearing clinic. We had the ultimate bad day, my 91 year old mother in law (Frances) lives in a long term care home in Newmarket. By accident her hearing aide somehow ended up on the laundry. Yes, it went through the wash and stopped working. She was so upset, she is palliative and from chemo has lost her sight, mobility and her hearing has declined significantly.
