At Brampton Hearing Aid Services, we care about you and your hearing. It is our mission to improve quality of life for the hard of hearing by removing barriers to communication, empowering individuals to advocate for themselves, and providing hearing instruments and rehabilitation programs which maximize communication potential.
After the hearing test is complete, your hearing professional will help you to choose the best course of action. For many, this can mean beginning a trial period with amplification/hearing devices. We will determine your candidacy for hearing instruments and other possible rehabilitation solutions to help you hear your best.
Diagnostic hearing evaluations identify hearing loss, and give us important information to help determine the best course of action for treatment. Some types of hearing loss can be treated medically or surgically, so it's important that these types of hearing losses be ruled out before hearing aids or other treatments are considered.
Once you have selected your hearing aids after an evaluation, your hearing professional will program them, based on a prescription, to meet your hearing needs. It is also a good idea to bring family members or close friends to the hearing aid fitting so they can help remember all the information that is given and be a support to you.
In the past, hearing evaluations and fittings for hearing aids consisted mostly of a series of beeps and noises. Today, hearing professionals are equipped with new technologies and methods to make the hearing evaluation process and hearing aid programming process more effective. Live speech mapping makes fitting appointments more interactive and can reduce the number of office visits required for successful hearing aid programming.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am so pleased with the people, (especially Jill Black), their knowledge and expertise, that I continue to be a grateful customer even after I moved to Cambridge! Truthfully, there is a "chain" hearing shop just 2 blocks from my house, but I prefer the hour's drive just to experience their friendly,… expert, personal service. From first contact with the pleasant office staff to the experetise of the audiologists, I have never been disappointed with either the service or the products they provide. Please don't change, just continue what you are doing

I can’t say enough about this office, starting with the front desk staff. Yvonne, who is always willing to go out of her way to accommodate the patient speaks volumes on what service this office provides. My mom is a patient of Dr. Black, and she is fabulous with her. Her patience and understanding when testing, and all adjustments when she has any type of problems with her hearing aids is remarkable. Her knowledge and determination to always look after her patients is highly regarded. It’s very appreciated, especially in these times when no one is available. I highly recommend this clinic

This amazing team is made up of individuals who will go out of their way to always find a solution for you no matter what the problem is. They are truly such a patient, caring, wonderful team of people that I am truly grateful that I have been with since I was 6 years old, as I am now in my late twenties.

Jennifer is knowledgeable, dedicated and kind. I accompany my mother to the clinic and Jennifer has helped to improve the quality of my moms life! Jennifer speaks to my mom and explains the importance of wearing a hearing aid for her health. Jennifer is always so helpful and kind. My five star rating reflects not only how I felt about the whole office, but also about Jill and mainly Jennifer who was helping me to purchase a new hearing aid. My experience has started a year ago when I needed a tune up for my old relic hearing aid ... Jill was very helpful to go out of her way to help me, even though the unit was 8 year old model. Two months ago the unit bit the dust, so it was time for a new one. Jill was not available so I was scheduled to meet Jennifer. Didn't know she was new to the clinic, simply could not tell as she was confident and very willing to listen to my needs
