I recently bought a certified vehicle from Mike at a fair price. He provided excellent customer service allowing me to have it inspected by a second shop. A few mechanical issues arose just after I picked the vehicle up and Apex made those repairs promptly and at no expense to me. I have been very impressed with their superb customer service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or have service work done by them in the future.

Took my truck in because it was leaking transmission fluid, wasn't sure if it was just a transmission line leak or a deeper problem with the transmission. Got the lines replaced for far less than other quotes within 24 hours, fixing the problem. They were fast, reliable, and honest about what was going on with my vehicle; the great value is an added bonus. From now on, they will be my first call; would definitely recommend them to others.

I was just in there for brake service to my F150. I thought maybe the front pads were low along with the rears. I told them what I thought and they advised that my front pads were good. The rears however, needed to be replaced. Im very happy with the work they've done, the price, and most of all, the honesty. I highly recommend Apex Auto. Thank you !

I haven't had any vehicle serviced here, so I can't speak to that half of their business, but the parts side is just great. Call em up, tell them the car you got and what you're looking for and they should be able to get you sorted. As far as I know, they're the only ones that carry Wix brand filters within a decent distance of Oshawa. Their "COVID setup" is good too. Pull up, walk up to their front door area (no one inside right now; works for me) and someone should notice and come out to serve you. If they're busy, you might have to give the store a call to

Went in to get my tires put on for this winter. No problems booking the appointment. However, I had to wait for my car to get done and was not allowed to wait in the building or in a warmer spot around the auto centre due to covid. I understand and appreciate the policies put in place but its COLD outside. If there was a warmer spot provided by the auto centre that was socially distanced it would have been 100x better.

I have been going to apex for good many years 18 years at lease and i always got EXCELLENT services ..... if i ever have questions i always got the right answers from the staff ... They never turns away their customers ... I go there when I'm in oshawa if i need help with my vehicle .. Thank you staff

Proper people, Proper work, Proper prices and great value. Also if your not a Dink they will put on the parts you provide. (Not backed by warrentee) wich is 100% understandable. If your parts dont work you still have to pay wich is also 100% understandable.

I went in because my gas line was leaking. They were able to fix it on the same day, within a few hours actually. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, it was a little more than the original quote, bit they have a 1yr warranty on installed parts so it's cool. Cheers!

Do not recommend this place mechanic Mike was told to fix front differential oil leak and front lockers light from coming on was quoted $650 for seals , so i said to check and replace broken piece inside front diff. because it keeps coming on and did not mind paying more but fix light . pick my jeep bill was $905 and was told to put up with light flashing or unplug it .And quoted another $650 + $140 for switch why would i pay twice when Mike should have replaced switch . Slau service manager has no clue on how to treat people my friends wife drop her car off for service had no place to park so
