No option to rate no stars. Business is customer in and out as fast as possible. That's it. Mounted two tires with the lettering on the inside, luckily I saw it and walked in to point it out. The guy (Junior) got mad and said I should have told him earlier. Does the customer need to teach you your job? Do you go to the doctor and tell her where your liver is located?!
Lots of business for sure because of the low price but cheap pays twice. Charged an extra $10 for flipping the tires to the right side! Rather pay a little more and get a job done properly. Will not be back for sure!

Exceptional service (super fast) and incredibly reasonable pricing make up for the location being in one of Oshawa's less desirable areas. Just $45 dollars to replace my busted rubber AND he even swapped out the donut for me. I would strongly recommend this business for tire services, its now my go-to store!

Unprofessional, with 90 days warranty on used tire, even if you go within 15 days to have a service regarding this, they refuse to do even a simple check up. One of their stuff is totally arrogant, according to him whatever you say it's always client's fault, the card they provided for a prove the only thing he couldn't deny that is from there.
Some of the people working there might be more pleasant to deal with, but over all not satisfied.

If I could give this "business" zero stars, I would.
They seemed to be accommodating prior to me paying, they said that if I came back every 10,000km I could get my tires rotated, they also mentioned the tires I would be purchasing should last 5 years. At this point I asked if I needed to bring anything with me to have the tires roated, they said no.
So I assumed I could throw out the poor excuse for an invoice; which really was a piece of paper with the handwritten cost that I paid in cash, and nothing else.
3 months later my tire has a giant bubble in it, and my dealership was quite uncomfortable

Completely unprofessional staff. Very rude and always scowling at any questions asked. Quoted a price for four tires, and when I went in, they said those tires were bad, had damage. Showed me a couple others, stating they were good... With no tread, heavily cracked? No way.
Finally had them install a set I approved of, but am still very hesitant to trust the tires. May just replace them. Install was fast, and they did balance and clean them, but that was probably because I watched everything they did closely.
Overall, very unprofessional. Shoddy tires and horrible service. For the price you pay

I have been going to Durham tires yearly to get my tires changed for the past 3 years, I never had a problem with service. Always greeted within the first minute of being there.
Very reasonable prices and always happy with the results in the end! I would recommend to anyone in the area to go to Durham Tires for all tires needed

First visit I bought 4 used snows and I was impressed. A year later two of the 4 of the tires were leaking They said the rims were at fault and not the tires. I paid them $80 to reseal all 4 after they assured me they were still good tires. 2 days later one went flat and was ruined. I went to another shop that I normally use and they told me the other 3 tires were no safe. They put on 4 new tires and they never leaked the 3 years they were on the car. I would not recommend them.
