Went here for a paint touch up for some minor scratches. They did as promised and completed it within day. Best part was they didn't charge me since it was a small job, whereas pretty much anywhere else would have. Thanks!

I just picked up my car from Morita for an ICBC claim. Car looks great and they even managed to polish out some little marks and scratches unrelated to the claim, as well as replace some clips on the roof rail —again unrelated to claim, but no charge! I’m blown away by their attention to detail, service and workmanship. Definitely worth the wait to get in as I can see why they have a wait list! Very happy !

I brought my vehicle into Morita Auto Body Services because of an ICBC claim where I fell victim to a hit and run. I live in Surrey, but don't mind driving that extra twenty minutes across Patullo Bridge to get here because I know that my car will be well taken care of. James and his team, in my view, exemplifies top notch customer service and high standards workmanship. My roof rail on my Murano broke off its clips and I needed a place to figure out if I had to replace the whole thing or if it was repairable without it costing an arm and a leg. James removed it and fingered out the issue and said to replace it would cost $900. Instead he found a way to hold it back down with urethan adhesive so that I wouldn't have to pay the $900 for a replacement when the rest of the rail was fine. He didn't even charge me for that (I offered). Said that the adhesive should hold it together good.

I live nearby and often see this company driving on the wrong side of the road to access their car storage, making dangerous/illegal U-turns, and blocking the sidewalk. As a cyclist who survived a near fatal crash I cannot do business with companies that endanger lives or are inconsiderate to those with mobility challenges.
UPDATE: Witnessed the owner, in his #UnnecessaryTrux make an illegal left turn on Alberta St. yesterday. And attached is a picture of them driving the wrong way in a bike lane.
If they approach vehicle repairs the same way they approach the Motor Vehicle Act, the repairs are

When my daughter scraped the side of her fairly new car she left it in my hands to be repaired. As this was not an insurance claim I wanted the repairs to be high quality but price was also a consideration. I had seen James' and his crews work in the past but had not tried his shop yet.
