We called in advance and they were happy to layout the process in a very straightforward simple manner. They were extremely accurate, communicative, precise and professional. The work itself was completed extremely efficiently and they did an awesome job!

They restored my classic Nissan Silvia S14 1998 back to the way she was before the accident. The customer service provide by the Service and Body shop guys is beyond rapport!
The attention to detail and craftsmanship, I am lost for words!

I was deciding between False Creek Collision and Kirmac collision. I am very glad that I went with False Creek Collision. Kirmac won’t even pick up your call right away. With False Creek, you can reach to one of their workers immediately. All the staffs were friendly, honest, and professional. I had numerous concerns and questions. All my questions were answered very thoroughly, and professionally.

Excellent service. I sought their help last year to appeal an ICBC claim, and they helped me with the entire process at no charge! My personal experience- I had my car repaired at False Creek Collision in 2019. First of all, they were very professional and did a great job. Everyone was very nice except the receptionist lady. Too bad I didn't get her name. She called me told me my car was ready for pick up. She gave me the wrong opening hours because she was confused with Friday and Saturday. When I tried to correct her, she shouted at me and repeated the opening hours as if I'm deaf or don't understand English. When she realized she's wrong, she then apologized to me. Anyway I was so happy my car was fixed at that time so

After my collision I brought my car to False Creek Collision, Kyle was there to greet me and to walk me through the entire ICBC claim process, Zamir and Kyle were extremely helpful on keeping me updated on the repair of my vehicle. The paint job on my BMW was flawless and all my door gaps were adjusted perfectly. As a student False Creek Collision was very flexible on drop off and pick up times and was willing to work around my schedule. I strongly recommend this repair facility not just to my friends and family but also to anyone looking for a body shop that they can trust.

False Creek Collision did a wonderful job restoring my 1991 Mazda Miata. It got rear ended about a year ago and I finally had time to get it fixed. It got repaired in a fair amount of time and the loaner was newer and drove fine.
After getting my vehicle back, 4 days later I got into an accident on the front end. I brought it back to FCC and they fixed her up again and also repaired the rust I had on the rocker panels. Very good fabricating and blending of the new metal with the original. Paint match is fantastic and the orange peel levels match the rest of the car.
Would not hesitate to recommend
