At Eddies, we will always try and structure each agreement with little or no expectation of a down payment from the customer. If there is a need for a down payment, it is typically at the request of the lending institution, but every effort will be made to alleviate that burden. Dealt with Brad. Absolutely horrendous service. I was told last week that I was approved with prime rates, and I heard nothing since. I have to keep calling back to get any updates. It has been like 2 weeks going back and forth. I called yesterday and spoke to someone else from financing who told me I'd receive a call back today with a list of vehicles.
I phoned this afternoon because no one got back to me and I was told that I was denied a loan because of my debt to income ratio. What a waste of my time. Because of these people, I have many hard inquiries on my credit (and my fiance's) for absolutely

I would have to say my experience with Eddie's Auto Sales was by far one of the best!! Brad helped me get a 2015 kia forte and did everything he had promised me. I received all my windows tinted and a great deal for insurance, considering its my first time having insurance under my name. Plus Brad drove my car right to my house.. If anyone is looking for a car, I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Shop. They took the time to listen to what I want and need in my new car. After driving a broken vehicle for 13 years Nick, the associate helping me, was able to get me a safer vehicle within only a couple of days.
