Met up with Werner Lau (President of Kinetic Orthotics) to assess my sore flat feet and to order new orthotics. Mr Lau was exceptional because of his knowledge, expertise, and engagement. I have had 5 foot surgeries and a hip surgery and I trust Mr. Lau with his assessment and advice.

I was referred to Heather at Kinetics Orthotics about 3 weeks ago and expected a long wait to be assessed, fitted and receive the final product. Today marks 2 weeks from my 1st appointment and I'm wearing my very comfortable orthotics! Very fast, professional and knowledgeable service. Both Werner and Lindsay are very professional and personable at Kinetic Orthotics! I appreciate the time Werner took to carry out three assessments and listen thoroughly to our concerns. He offered suggestions to help prevent injuries and strengthen our body, along with educating us as he moved through the assessment. Now I know how to buy the correct sized footwear for the whole family! He also patiently answers the millions of questions my mini's have!

Werner was great. He was able to accurately determine the cause of my pain. He offered multiple remedies (some that required no money). I felt that Werner was more concerned about me and my pain than to extract more money from me. Thanks a lot, would recommend to anyone looking to buy new orthotics. Speak to Werener to see if it is actually required.
Linsey at the front was also well versed with billing and insurance. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Can't say anything bad about my experience at Kinetic Orthotics at all. The appointment went great. I didn't feel rushed in any way and Werner explained everything in a way I could understand. I appreciated him letting me know any fees that I would incur and also giving me the least expensive option to fix my foot problem. Would highly recommend Werner and his office.

I had the pleasure of meeting Werner and his team during a custom foot orthotics assessment. Werner was very friendly, professional, knowledgable, and made my 1.5 hour long assessment very calm and engaging. Werner was very attentive to my individual needs and explained every detail of his assessment with expertise and information that was easy to understand. I had a custom foot orthotic assessment with another clinic a few years ago, however, that assessment was not nearly as thorough or informative as my assesment was with Werner. I had a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend
