I had an amazing experience here. Was booked in for 3:30 and my car was brought in immediately. As a young driver whos new to owing a vehicle they did not take advantage at all. the mechanic working on my car (John) brought me in to show me what was wrong with my car so I could get a better understanding. My calliper was seized and he showed me how worn my brake pads were on the one side. An overall great experience and I will be a returning customer

Ive been to Krown and the oiltech on gowen street for undercoating. both places did not meet my satisfaction and often left parts of the car untouched. I was referred to go to this place from a friend who had a great experience. The teenager who oiled my vehicle allowed me to watch him as he sprayed every nook and cranny. He even removed my tow receiver and spare tire to make sure all of the underneath was protected. THEY EVEN SHOOT OIL IN THE DOOR LOCKS!!! I highly recommend this place for undercoating. Ill be back next year.

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with Tex and the staff! Just had the first of my three vehicles oil sprayed and I couldn't be happier with the job Tex did! He even took me in to see what he had done and the different materials used. His attention to detail was obvious,and put plenty of product on which I am grateful for. Going back this afternoon with the next car and back tomorrow with the last. Scammers! Tried to replace my perfectly fine brakes.!!
I went in for a seized caliper, told me rear and front pads must be replaced, made it seem dangerous if I didn't. He quoted me on both calipers even though last year they replaced one for certification. I said just replace the caliper and I would change the pads and rotors. Forced me to replace the rear pads and rotors because there's "nothing" to put back on. I refused to allow him to replace the fronts. I went to replace the fronts this weekend and I have at 60% wear left on the pads and the rotors are fine. Tried to scam me and got busted

The guys at Oil Tech are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. It is encouraging that as a female driver, they are not looking to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. I feel extremely confident that they are not looking to make extra money off of me, for the simple fact I don't know what I am talking about.
