I would give ten stars if I could.
We all know how busy the staff at this shop are.
They found time today to fit me in three times (1 original appointment, 2 problem solving) to check out a tire issue and try two different solutions until I was outfitted with safe winter tires.
A staff member even took the time to take the car for a drive to verify a potential tire imbalance! The staff is super friendly, helpful and your tires are stored in a safe facility.
Highly recommend.

I have now used Consumers tire twice and have an appointment booked for later this month and I must say how pleased I am with the service I have received here. I used to use another shop in Richmond Hill, (which I will not name because it’s not my nature) but after being treated awfully I was in need of a new shop after many years using the aforementioned place. Al has looked after me twice, and has treated me very well. While I do not know the name of the gentleman who assisted me this morning, I would also like to thank him for his generosity and kind treatment today! If you’re reading this

Brought my car in for installation of winter tires and rims .
Appointment was 9 AM and I arrived a bit earlier. Handed over the car keys in good time for 9 AM
I saw my car STILL parked outside at the front of the shop at 9:40 AM (not brought to the back yet for work to be done). This is forty minutes after my appointment time started. When I asked reception at 9:40 AM about my car still being out front and not brought in, the reception did not bother looking at the file or my car outside and just mumbled they would get it done within the two hour quoted time.....okay, I'm not sure how they would

Great price, product and service. Service by appointment so you know how much time you'll be there although sitting in their comfortable couch watching tv or reading the paper while sipping coffee isn't bad at at all. Tires are always recently manufactured (check the DOT) which means longer lifetime since wear and tear are not the only factors in determining how long a tire will last.

Hands down the best price when it comes to getting snow tires. I called a couple of tire shops and then a work friend said call consumers tire. I just wanted cheap rims and snow tires, they were $100 cheaper than the other shops.
Now my new winter rims aren't the fanciest but they do the job and I have $100 in savings.

Smooth transaction with these guys. I've had several of my tires repaired by them. They are straight up and won't try to up-sell more than you need if you tell them exactly what you want.
They offer free tire inspections. They offer fair deals to their repeat customers.
I do have to say that despite their awesome customer service, their tire pricing is a bit higher than their local competitors. All tires come with warranty and they will tell you if the tire manufacturer is giving out any rebates.
Say if I was to drop off a damaged tire in the morning, they would be able to mount on
