Services
Tucked just outside the northern boundary of Sherwood Park on Clover Bar Road, we are a third generation family business that began in 1919 when the Wallish family began growing vegetables and selling them at the City of Edmonton Farmer's Market. In 1963, the business was incorporated and became known as Wallish Greenhouses Ltd.
Wallish Greenhouses Employees are the kind of people who always work hard and strive for success. In person shopping is available in our store from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday. Best place for quality plants. Get there in May for best selection, by end of June most is gone. I always buy my large hanging baskets from Wallish Greenhouse. I actually don't hang them, I take off the hanger and plop them directly into my containers at the front of the garage. In a few weeks the ivy is cascading down the sides. Over the summer I trim it up. Staff is very helpful.

Went to Wallish today to get a few plants I wasn’t able to find at our usual greenhouse in Edmonton. Bit of a line up to get in but it went quickly. Seem to have good Covid protocols in place - limiting occupancy by number of carts in circulation, sanitizing station when you come in, plexiglas shields at checkout. Great selection - lots of inventory, everything looked healthy. Happily got what I came for. Friendly, helpful staff. Next year this will be our first stop for everything we need!

Due to the covid situation we ordered on line and found we wasted less time and got more for our money. It was an easy pick up at the greenhouse and the person that helped us was great. Walishes did a great job getting that all organized in a short time and I would not hesitate to use the on line system again. Especially after seeing all the people lined up to get in the day we picked up.
All of the plants we bought looked well cared for and were in excellent condition.
