Had staples look at my laptop, who said it was unfixable and I was better off getting a new laptop. Thethered took my laptop in and fixed it within 2 days. Fast, friendly and effective. Will definitely speak highly of them to anyone who asks.

Robert was there to rescue me when my hard drive failed on my business computer. He was able to look at if, find the remedy and get me up and running again in no time. I met Robert today for the first time after I went to his shop on the recommendations of other reviews, not only did he help tremendously fast with my issue (I called him, went in, and the problem part was replaced within an hour) but he was incredibly personable and enjoyable to talk to.
