Services
Based on these changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies. This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, spays and neuters, dental services, and more! Continue our "closed waiting room" policy to protect our clients and staff. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital and use your cell phone to call us.
They may be miniature, but pocket pets certainly give their pet parents a lot of love! From guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas and hamsters, our team here at AMC has seen and treated them all. Just because they are small, does not mean that these pets require less care. They still need constant medical attention so that they can stay healthy and disease-free.
In recent years, rabbits have become more and more popular among animal lovers. And we can see why - they are super adorable! But, please be advised that rabbits are not "low-maintenance" pets. They require attention just like their more "traditional" contemporaries like dogs and cats. At AMC, we have many services available for bunnies rabbits.
In recent years, we've seen that gerbils, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, pigs and even spiders have become more popular pets for animal lovers not only here in our community but elsewhere all over the world. Our veterinary team here at AMC is fully equipped to care for many types of these exotic pets, which still need regular medical care like their more-traditional counterparts e.g.
Here at AMC, we are fully equipped to provide full spectrum care for parrots, parakeets, finches and other feathery friends. Birds make excellent additions to any family and are intelligent companions. That being said, many clients underestimate the amount of attention that birds need, thinking that they are lower-maintenance options to more traditional pets.

Our beautiful girl, Bailey, had her spay done on Tuesday by Dr. Low.
Bridget called to let us know how she got along and to advise that she was really anxious in the kennel. They allowed us to take her home… a few hours early as they felt she would do much better at home.
With meds on board, she came home and is doing amazing! The incision looks fantastic. She is right back to her usual self.
Thanks so much for taking such great care of our girl!

The staff at the Reserve Mines clinic are amazing. This week our 15 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Bandit, had a fall and tore one of his claws. We could not stop his paw from bleeding and took him to the hospital. They treated him and had to remove his claw but they were so caring and amazing not only to him but to us as well. I highly recommend this hospital for your pet care. Thank you so much for caring so much.

Took my cat there in October, she was missing do three days and we found her with a wound on her side and a limp. We took her directly here because it was the closest. The receptionists could have cared less about us and our cat. One was on the phone the whole tim talking to a friend about her transmition, the older receptionist barely talked and showed no companion. Said the vet wasn’t in today. We left. They were horrible receptionists especially the woman who talked with her friend the whole time on the phone about her vehicle. So we took our cat to the one in Sydney and they were all amazing
