Savvi from the team at William Wright commercial was absolutely amazing to work with. When we found a space for my bakery he was so on top of everything from the day we met to the day I signed the lease and continues to assist me with all the necessary steps to opening. The space I obtained was highly sought after and Savvi guided me to create a unique offer that the Landlords couldn’t refuse. My experience with Nathan and his team has been great - he takes clients needs and business objectives very seriously and did an amazing job in representing our requirements in a very tough enough industrial properties market. I took us some time to negotiate a favorable lease conditions and his advises to include certain caveats into the lease agreement to protect or mitigate some risks were extremely helpful, which confirms that Nathan has a great wealth of knowledge and he is a subject matter expert as it come to industrial deals. I cannot speak enough of him and strongly recommend to others

I have been working with Bikram Singh for months now and his expertise and professionalism has been second to none. I always felt like my best interest were taken care of working with Bikram. I highly reccomend Bikram for all your commercial real estate needs. I almost lost hope in pulling a deal for Oldest hotel in BC, but Bikram never gave up and always had faith to get it done. His level of patience and expertise in dealing with people and situations are commendable. I can go on writing about him but no words can jusity the service this guy provides.
