I needed the windshield replaced to pass a safety for a newly purchased car. Budget Auto Glass was great. A quick call and they were able to come to replace the windshield the next day.
The tech explained what he was doing and took extra proactive cautions as there was a little bit of rush developing in the top corner of where the windshield sits.
The new windhield looks great, everything lined up perfectly, no leaks, all better than I would have expected. I didn't know there was services where they can come to you to replace the windshield, much better than driving to a shop. I couldn't believe

I had a back window replaced on my Escape. They came replaced the window and left glass everywhere! The next day I went to open my trunk and my trunk would not open because glass got stuck in my latch. They came back to “vacuum it out” which they should have done to begin with. They said the rest of the glass should fall out naturally... been a couple of months and no glass has come out “naturally”. Now I’m stuck at the ford dealership with a HUGE BILL replacing parts in my trunk because of the damage caused from a poor service done by these guys. Should of paid more for better service

Our car was vandalized downtown with other vehicles and a few bikes. Needless to say we were angry, but the biggest shock was the dealer quote to replace the windshield and the 7 to 9 days it would take for them to get in stock. Looked around and came across these guys, liked the reviews and thought let's give them a call. Made the appointment, they showed up on time, did the job and the car was on the road again.
