We highly recommend Diamond Willow. Jeff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Mike, the owner joined the crew when they came to install our wood burning bakers oven. The entire experience was fantastic and Kathy in the office is a pleasure to deal with. As a small business owner myself I especially appreciated their customer satisfaction focus and know it was genuine.

Making an update to my review: Owner Mike responded to my initial review immediately. He also came to my home to understand the issue, which was much appreciated. He even offered to repair a part that should not have broken down in such a new unit. However, the root issue of freezing vent has not been resolved. This issue requires me to keep the gas insert on most days in the winter to prevent the vent from freezing. This is because once it freezes, the insert is not usable for the remaining of the winter.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! BEWARE! I purchased a fireplace from Diamond Willow Mechanical. I was unsatisfied with the fireplace. Mike Sheppley the owner agreed to return the fireplace with a 20% restocking fee, and would not give me any credit towards the labor to install the fireplace which amounted to $1440 (8 hours x $180/hour). Mike divulged in a meeting with me on October 18, 2020 that this was more than he paid out in labor costs. The agreement was he would take the fireplace back, and they would keep the $2896.95 which I had paid as a deposited was half the amount of the

Excellent service from this Cochrane business! Had Jeff come in and service my fireplace. He was very friendly and willing to talk about maintenance and other valuable information. He did a thorough cleaning and got it working again in no time. Looks brand new!
Mike came in today and cleaned the furnace. They got him in same day after my wife called in this morning. My wife was pleased with the friendly service and how good Mike was with my son.
The fee was pretty standard, but the service makes them a good choice. Both men showed up on time and with a positive attitude!

When my furnace stopped working on the weekend a repairman responded to my voicemail message within the day. They arranged him to arrive to my home sooner than was proposed which was appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem along with providing an evaluation of the general condition of my furnace with suggestions of improving it's efficiency. Great service!
