Although Edwin seemed nice at first but his understanding of work needed to be done is very poor. Unsure due to what issue( examples: I asked for the Japanese maple in my yard to be trimmed down shorter to not obstruct view as the city will trim down the public road hedges yearly: he understood that as I wanted him to rent a bucket truck to cut down the public hedge as well, which I did not say but he just interpreted as such; example 2: I told him that I wanted my English laurel cut down to not block view in person and over text message with only mentioning the word short and never thin and with
