Paid almost $200 for flowers for my wife on valentines day, with delivery...dozen long stem roses with bouquet. Ordered both and had them put together. When delivered I was extremely disappointed!!! Could have bought what was delivered at any loblaws for $20.

I visit Neil's Flowers every year. This year, I called them then sent an email with a list of the flowers that I wanted and went over to pick them up. Their flowers are always beautiful, but the friendly service, especially during a difficult time, was what prompted me to leave this review and recommend them.

My mother sent me flowers for my birthday, or so she thought. They sent me a basket of potted tropical plants instead. When she called to complain that she had ordered a bouquet of flowers, they insisted she was wrong and refused to do anything about it. Now I have a potted plant that I will be giving away because it is toxic to my cats and I have nowhere to put it. Very disappointing.
Update: Neil's was kind enough to call me as soon as they saw this review. They explained that the order was taken by another florist through the FTD network and wired to them, so the error was not their fault.
