Stay away if you're a female physician, they will be patronizing/dismissive after they get you as a client. Terrible follow up especially by Shayan, you're lucky if your phone calls will be returned. Thanks to disastrous management including a CRA agent wondering why he couldn't get anyone on the phone or have files prepared as requested, I switched firms and my new accountant had (funny enough) heard the same thing from another female doc who left SRJ. All he could do was just shake his head...

Unfortunately I cannot give SRJ a good review nor could I recommend them to others. I used them in 2018 for personal taxes (joint Canada/US taxes) Issues included (1) very long delays (sometimes weeks requiring multiple emails) between replies (2) inaccurately reporting my US taxes paid ultimately resulting in a few hundred dollars in interest owed. I did not feel that I was a priority as a personal (not business) tax filing client.

SRJ Accountants did a fantastic job walking me through the HST housing rebate process, and organized my information. They handled everything swiftly, and submitted my paperwork for me. I ended up getting my full refund weeks earlier than expected. Very professional, reasonably priced. I recommend them!

I am looking for an accountant to help with our growing business. Called SRJ seeing all their excellent reviews. Was promised a call back by an Account Manager Farhad the same day at 4:30PM. No one called. Another day passed and still no call. You customer service is pathetic, SRJ. If you treat your potential customers like this, I can only imagine how neglected your existing customers must be. You are the only accounting firm so far who exhibited such blatant un-professionalism.
