I would love to say I had a great experience to come here, but wasn't really given the opportunity. I called to inquire if two tax returns could be done. I understood this was a busy time and reiterated we could wait. Was offered an appointment for monday and when I asked if I could confirm in about 5 minutes after checking my work schedule was told I should go to H&R block. I found this distasteful considering I was not in a rush.
