Services
A Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada can sponsor their spouse, conjugal or common-law partner, dependent child (including adopted child) or other eligible relative to become a permanent resident under the Family Class. Sponsored spouses or partners must live together in a legitimate relationship for two years from the day they receive permanent residence status.
The Business Immigration category objective is to achieve economic development and employment objectives in Canada for individuals with high levels of income and excellent business and entrepreneurial skills. The Business Immigration in Canada Program has three categories such as Entrepreneurs, Investors, and the Self-employed category.
To become a Canadian citizen, an individual must be at least 18 years old to apply for Canadian citizenship. An individual must also have permanent resident status in Canada, and that status must not be in doubt. For example, an individual must not be the subject of an immigration investigation, an immigration inquiry or a removal order (an order from Canadian officials to leave Canada).
Canada has of one of the greatest schools systems in the world. Ranging from elementary schools to university schools and vocational schools. Studying in Canada provides internationally reverence and lower than normal tuition fees than other countries. If you want to study in Canada and you are not a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident then you must have a valid study permit.
Individuals who are not Canadian or permanent resident of Canada and wishing to work in Canada require a work permit. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. Crightney Immigration is by far the best Immigration Consultants in Brampton and Toronto.
