It was super nice at first, they even offered us to put some money down now and the rest on delivery, until I asked to read the fine print on their extended warranty, which is online, it excluded almost everything, and the warranty is voided if they find that you have not done regular maintenance on the appliance. So obviously I said no to the warranty pointing out it's not "bumper to bumper" as they claimed and the maintenance stipulation can be easily misused, but that I still want to order it choosing to pay the rest on undamaged delivery. Ernie chimed in rudely and I couldn't bring myself to
