Joe is a graduate of the Geomatics program at British Columbia Institute of Technology. After spending a short time surveying in Northern BC, he relocated to Victoria in 2002 and has been with MRLS since. Joe received his commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2013 and is partner in MRLS.
He is experienced in a variety of surveying, including Air Space (volumetric) subdivision and charge plans, strata developments, and high precision monitoring surveys.Joe is an active member of the Association of BC Land Surveyors, serving on and chairing committees and working groups.
