Whiski Jack Resorts Whistler was created in 1979 with one unit in our namesake property - Whiski Jack at Whistler Creekside. Since those humble beginnings, we have grown and now manage over one hundred units in nine property locations (condominium and townhome complexes) throughout the resort.

We were quite excited to stay next to our friends as we book rooms right across from each other! We thought the rooms were quite spacious & well set up. Everything wasn’t ready upon arrival and there was no hot water until our last day. There wasn’t communication about these issues which meant not only was the issue an issue, but we also had to spend time dealing with the issue. A quick email could have prevented frustration. Allowing us to place our belongings in the room and get the parking pass earlier could have not be disappointed that the room wasn’t ready on time. I

We booked 2 nights at the Village Gate House. Room was not ready on time. Maintenance was JUST coming in when we arrived. Hot tub doesn’t work. NO HOT WATER in the showers. No offer to reduce fees. Will never stay here again. The rooms themselves are nice. But after a cold day on the mountain hot water or a hot tub would be helpful. And perhaps some better customer service.
