We had a great stay in Whistler over Christmas. The place was clean, perfect layout for us, super comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen with good quality kitchen utensils. Which for someone passionate about cooking is essential. Just a few minutes bus ride to the hill or 15 min walk to town. Whistler Platinum were super friendly and professional. They were there, all the way to make our stay special. Its on the higher end of costs, but as they say you get what you pay for. And with that lens on, and because it was Christmas, the service was excellent & place was perfect for the price we

Went to Whistler for a reunion ski trip, the staff at Whistler Platinum was extremely helpful, made sure we were all set and provided exception customer service. Upon our arrival there was no salt or pepper shaker at the chalet, Luke and the rest of the team went out of there way to deliver some right to our door, a simple yet incredibly generous thing to do. Our stay was at Cedar Ridge 26, it was so brand new that there were still some purchase tags on the pillows and decor, beautiful lodging that can easily and comfortably sleep a large group of guys.

Had a great 3 nights at Taluswood The Heights 17. The condo was 3 floors, super cozy, lots of room and a fantastic view with all the amenities. We were a group of seven that enjoyed fun snow walks, hot tubs, making great meals and enjoying the view. Can’t recommend this place more. The staff at Whistler Platinum were friendly, knowledgeable and the whole process was seamless! I will definitely book my next Whistler getaway with Whistler Platinum!

The chalet was beautiful and the staff at Whistler Platinum were very helpful- especially Ashley and Carmyn. The hot tub was not heating up properly and the staff had a service guy come within half an hour and he even checked back a few hours later to make sure it was good (which it was).

Condo rental was very nice, spacious and great location! Whistler Platinum is a fantastic hosting company. They make the process seamless and easy. I was very impressed with their followup to ensure that we were satisfied and things were going well. They are very helpful, responsive and personable. We stayed in unit 35 for two nights in July. Excellent location!!! Could easily walk to the upper village. Can see how amazing this location is in the ski season! The unit was really great and well furnished and updated. The check in process was simple and it was easy to get your questions answered. Parking was also easy and we were pleased with everything about our stay. We would definitely return here again.

A wonderful home with incredible support from the team at Whistler Platinum - from replacing a simple burned out lightbulb and regular hot tub maintenance to ensuring that full premise internet allowed all the rooms to function as home offices during the COVID isolation days! Combined with an awesome ski season!! Looking forward to coming back next season!
