At Concept Dental Centre our dental hygienists are not trained to "just clean teeth". Our hygienists are encouraged to expand their knowledge base allowing them to provide our patients with a greater variety of services. Hygienists are trained to assist in the fitting of TMJ splints, and tooth whitening.

I love the easy friendly atmosphere, combined with professionalism on the part of all staff & Dr. Rickards. Everyone is very knowledgeable & this office provides leading edge technology, which is very important to me. I've had two tooth extractions done at Concept Dental Centre. Today I just had my wisdom tooth extracted. They have an amazing staff who are all very kind, and patient. Dr. Rickards is also amazing at what he does! You're in great hands and they'll make sure you're comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Rickards is hands down the best dentist in town. After years of not being to the dentist I was taken on as a patient of his. On day one, I was dealt with extremely professionally. The first appointment was just to take x-rays and talk about future treatments and a game plan. This helped set me at ease and know exactly what and when we were… going to be doing things.I had dealt with years of headaches from jaw pain due to all four of my wisdom teeth growing in completely at all sorts of different angles.
