Services
At AJ's Catering, we believe that all the events we cater in the Ottawa Valley require a wide range of catering menu options and different styles of service. That's why we strive to meet the individual needs of our clients with a service that is both appropriate and adaptable. Your meal includes full table service of all courses to your guests.
We'd be happy to cater to those who have allergies and/or special dietary needs. We can provide alternative meals for vegetarians, individuals with celiac disease (gluten-free meals), etc. We would require advance notice to make the arrangements. We have an excellent working relationship with Halls and Facilities that we provide servicing.
At AJ's Catering, we provide a large selection of appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to complement any meal. We invite you to create your own custom package. The recommended variety and volume is determined by the number of guests and serving time. We'd be happy to cater to those who have allergies and/or special dietary needs.
Homemade crust cut into squares topped with fresh tomato sauce and your choice of 3 toppings. Cold luncheons are a nice alternative to providing a hot luncheon which tends to be a bit quicker but just as filling for guests. This can be available with china or disposable service depending on your group requirements.
