Phil has been maintaining my wife's 1997 Honda Accord regularly for over 5 years. He always goes over and above what is expected and never does anything unnecessary. I have known Phil personally for approximately 20 years. He has done exceptional work on my vehicles as well as the vehicles of multiple friends and family members. Altech has always provided high quality service., he is unfailingly honest and will not get you to pay for work that you do not require.
Help me out several times late today to get one of my trucks working.
If you years ago I was stuck in kelowna with a broken clutch was able to limp it back to Vernon! Was not able could not find a mechanic and help me out in Kelowna at that time Alltech pushed his other work aside and fix the truck so I can get back to work the next day

Phil always does what needs to be done and tries to keep costs down as much as possible.
Really appreciate the attention to detail, I had a broken license plate holder clip and Phil fixed it without being asked so my plate hangs straight again.

Very happy with the service recieved. Phil the mechanic owner is efficient and detail oriented. He is also very thorough and his pricing is quite reasonable. Most important of all to me is he is honest. No unnecessary work or charges. Nice to find a guy like that......
