A sincere thank you to Dwayne and his team for taking care of my aging Tacoma over the last 24 hours.
I brought it in for an oil change and some concerns over the sickly sound of its moving parts in general. Being a student on a budget, I was concerned that the problems would outsize my funds. Dwayne took time to understand my situation and balance the trucks needs against what I was able to provide it. Just drove away with a happy, healthy truck.
I can't speak more highly of the professionalism exhibited by the team at every point of contact. I will be back in the future.

Wouldn't give me 5 minutes of his time to get ONE swollen lug nut off my car. Told me the earliest he could get me in was 4 days later and that his rate was something like $80/hr. Wasn't open to getting an Impact gun and walking 10 feet to get it off and having me slip him $10. He tried to tell me that it could take an hour or it could take 5 min. I went down the street to Petro Canada and they had the lug nut off in seconds and wouldn't take anything from me in return. I won't be going here.

We needed an emergency repair for a broken radiator so we could drive back home from vacation. We called two other radiator shops who could not fit us In. Taylor's made arrangements for our car to be repaired on the same day and gave us a quote. The bill was less then what was quoted and $190 better than Canadian Tire. The sales manager was friendly, very informative and to the point. I thank the good Lord we found this auto shop!

I live an hour away from Dwayne and his teammates, and will make the trip every time!
During financial hardships they have always told me what is priority work for my vehicles and what I can save for.

Very happy with my experience at this shop. I came in to get a provincial inspection so I could register my car in BC and ended up needing repairs to a portion of my power train. The owner of the shop, Dwayne, was very helpful in explaining what the issues were and why they needed to be repaired. I'm not a "car guy" but Dwayne was able to explain the whys and hows in a way that made sense to me.
I also ended up booking some preventative maintenance to be done at the same time as the repairs. I didn't feel pressured to do anything, but Wayne was great about responding to my questions and explaining

About a week ago on travelling from Vernon to Kelowna the light on our dashboard came on saying "low tire pressure." So we stopped at the Husky Station in Winfield who referred us to TAYLORS Auto Repairs right next door. What great service we received!! They met us with smiling faces and took our car in right away even though they were busy. They took out a 2 1/2 inch nail from the tire, and patched it up for us. Even made a fresh pot of coffee for us while we waited.

Highly recommend Taylor's Auto Repairs. I will be coming here from now on for all my vehicle needs. Worth the drive from Kelowna, very customer friendly and informative. Time was taken to ensure my engine problem was solved and he even looked into a couple other issues the car was having!! I could not be more happier and impressed. A truly honest and fantastic place to go for all your vehicle needs!! I was kept up to date with all that was being done, awesome communication. I am very excited to finally have found my auto shop!!
