Services
Our Permanent Cosmetic artists have been doing procedures for 5+ years and has been trained by Biotouch canada. We do recommend a consultation before the procedure as there are certain medical conditions as well as medications that we can not perform some of the procedures if you have them or are on them.
I've just started a new job and my employers don't appreciate my piercing in the same way as I. Our Touch Ups for tattoos are offered up to three months of the inital appointment date. While the touch up is absolutely free of charge (the artist do not get paid for touch up services of their work) there is always a $30 ($35 WEM) setup fee for all tattoo services, including touchups at each of our locations.

Went there a few months ago with some friends to get a navel piercing, super rude to begin with and told everyone but me that they could get one. i have a regular piercer i usually go to who is so amazing but was closed at the time. the staff made me feel super uncomfortable and super insecure, they inserted the wrong jewelry which i had to go get changed the next day and told me it would never heal. the piercer i usually go to told me that i do in fact have the anatomy for a navel piercing and it healed perfectly fine. i will never ever recommend anyone to come here in the future. terrible.

I had a really bad experience with this place . I choose Alex Rudolfo as my artist and I paid 105 as deposit. Got a date after 2 weeks, they asked me to send the font of my lettering tattoo.I sent it , there was no further contact from their part , the day prior to my appointment I contacted them as there was no further consultation about the size , the length and other details to make stencil. On the day of appointment I reached there at 11am and my appointment was at 11:30 . Filled up all the forms and asked me to wait for artist. He came at 11:30. There was no stencil ready, and was doing it

I have had nothing but fantastic service each time I’m at this location. Everyone is professional, explains things in and easy to understand manner and are fantastic from front end to whoever you’re getting a service done with in the back. Caleigh has done all of my piercings but 2. Her bedside manner is fantastic, she takes things at your pace and makes you feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. I can’t recommend her enough and tell everyone I know to go to Caleigh for their piercing needs no matter how complicated or not it is.

Caleigh has done five different piercings for me, plus some jewelry changes. She is knowledgeable, professional and very good at what she does. I appreciated her honest opinions when I asked questions and the time she took to help me make decisions for jewelry and placement. I’ve never had any issues with my piercings and will only go to her. She really is THE BEST!!

I have gotten pierced by Caleigh 3 times now, and been to visit her many more for questions and concerns. She is professional, knowledgable, honest, straightforward, kind, and funny. I have never had anyone take such care and time when piercing me, and I have never felt this much confidence in a piercer before. I have recommended her to friends, and will continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and go visit Caleigh if you want a piercing.

I came in to get my nose piercing (which was done at another establishment) changed. The woman at the front told me there was a ten dollar charge and I was okay with that. She then told me that the piercer will see me shortly. I brought in a fishtail that I had purchased from somewhere else. At first, the piercer, Josh, was skeptical. He said it may not fit my nose but he tried anyway. He made me feel comfortable and he was very efficient. He knew what he was doing and he did it well. He answered all my questions which helped put my mind at ease. I will be coming back in a few months to replace

After some incorrect info they provided me on the phone we drove into the city to have my daughters ears pierced. After rudely telling me why they couldn't do it they continued to insult me over my request repeatedly-even after I asked what jewelry I could purchase to have her ears pierced they continued to be rude, pretentious and condescending. I left and went to my usual piercer who was a further drive but amazing and got not one but three piercings out of us!!

I have to agree with some of the reviews here. I had a very disappointing experience with this tattoo shop as well. I have had seven of my eight tattoos done at dragon FX in west Edmonton Mall and have never been disappointed. Recently moving to the south side I decided to try this location. Booked the appointment for the consult well in advance - was not by any means trying to rush things. I looked through the profiles of all the artists and chose one based on what their pictures were and what I am looking for. I got two small tattoos done here a few months ago , the piece on my wrist has a piece of punctuation that has bled into the word with some scarring , my chest piece is botched and looks horrible as the artist went out the lines. I am now investing in laser removal to get rid of the botched pieces and getting them reworked somewhere else . It probably will cost me close to $1,000 to fix this but well worth it in the end , do not waste any money going here. I was referred here as my friend was satisfied with their experience but has ruined the meanings of these tattoos for me.

I went into dragon fx wanting to get my rook repierced, but unfortunately it was not healed enough from my previous piercing. So I was chatting with Michelle about what else to get pierced since I was already there and figured, why not? So after me humming and hawing for awhile over my decision, I decided on my conch on my left ear! She was very patient with me and gave suggestions on jewelery for my new piercing, which matched her jewelery (twinsies). Horrible customer service. I walked in with an idea for a piercing and wanted to know whether it was possible to be done with my ear anatomy. When I met with the piercer, I asked for her to mark with a pen where she would pierce through. After asking three times for a mirror to be able to see my ear, I decided I didn't like the placement of the piercing and would not get that done. Haven't met the tattoo artists yet because I had to cancel my appt but seriously needed to make a review now on how poor their customer service is by the women in there. The girl with the accent had a snotty look on her face when my sister in law was asking her about jewelry and seemed uninterested in answering her questions and there was a girl sitting on her but on the computer doing nothing while she could've been helping customers like myself because it was busy in there and the guy was doing all he could but even missed all his breaks and lunch. I wish I liked my experience here. I decided to try this location, (even though they are quite a drive for me) after I had a bad experience at one of their other locations; I wanted to see if customer service was any different. After I walked in, there was no private consult. The person kept asking me what I wanted abruptly and seemed to want to get to the money part swiftly. It was intimidating and thanks to another bad experience I am looking at other options. I left feeling unhappy again. Honestly, the reddit reviews of DFX were no lie, but I had to see for myself.
