Boychuk Construction, also well known as Boychuk Homes, is Saskatoon's family owned 'Builder for the Generations.' Multiple generations of families have chosen us as their custom home builder, and it's been an honour to serve the needs of these families. Modeled after our Award-winning Rosewood Estates, Rosewood Gardens is a secure fenced and gated community, featuring 28 semi-attached bungalow style homes. The entire project will be fully landscaped with automatic sprinklers. Boychuk Homes offers various standard floorplans to select from, ranging in size from 1151 to 1218 square feet.
