Went for a viewing to look at an apartment to potentially rent. When discussing application I was told that I would have to provide ID, 3 months of pay stubs etc. No problem. Then I was told I would have to provide 3 months of my bank statements. I asked why. Told that it was to see what was was going in and out, how much was a balance and what my spending is. Unacceptable. None of their business and completely intrusive. Ever hear of a credit check?

There is a mice issue in my apartment. I called, after a week they showed up with traps bought from Home Depot which don't work. I have called and emailed again, but I have not heard back from maintenance. They don't want to hire professionals to take care of the issues. They promise something and just forget about you.

STAY AWAY. The level of incompetence that this company has is laughable. Seriously, save yourself and anyone around you the headache of trying to get anywhere with them. I was a tenant and decided to leave before my lease was done, so I went ahead and lined up over 30 showings for people to take over and sign a new lease. Multiple applications in and nothing on their end. Kept me hanging for MONTHS because I didn't want to break my lease and leave them hanging. The receptionists are pitifully unorganized. Seriously just don't bother.

I have given one star (or else it would be negative stars) only because of the gentleman Brent who had shown us the condo in 2019 and who finished the final walk through in 2021. Brent was very professional and helpful. We rented the property near market mall and had to do a lease transfer. Justin was the guy managing our property that we were renting and was completely unprofessional and lacked any knowledge of a lease transfer. He does not respond to multiple calls, voicemails, emails or messages left at the reception. We followed instructions given to us by the reception in May and suddenly

Elite Property Management in Saskatoon is horrible! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Whether you are a tenant or a property owner I would suggest you avoid Elite. They were managing a house for me, and it took them 46 days to return the keys for the property after I terminated my contract with them. They were holding my $500 deposit, and part of it finally arrived in my bank account on the same day the keys arrived (46 days). The final statement for my account was included in the same envelope as the keys.

1 star is being generous. As an owner, it's sad to see a management company let a building fall apart. They take the cheapest route when fixing things, if the problem is even addressed at all. Cold air blows in the halls during winter and hot air blows through the summer. Yard and property maintenance is minimal, the interior is rarely cleaned and the party deck has been closed for over a year, yet somehow condo fees keep rising. This company is all about lining their own pockets, rather than providing the service us owners are PAYING FOR.

I would strongly advise using anyone but Elite Property Management. We rent with Elite and they have been nothing but problems. I have been renting for years with barely any problems and the past couple years with Elite have been full of them. As you can see by the number of other one star reviews, I am not the only one who thinks this. If you are a homeowner or a renter, steer clear of this Property Management place.

They were extremely unprofessional, completely full of lies and empty promises, and strung my roommate and I along on the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with a rentalsman. They failed to answer emails and calls, were completely awkward and creepy, and had no clear answers - but told us many dishonest things. We didn't end up signing a lease with them because of how little respect they showed us, and for their absolute lack

To reply to you about why I gave a 1 star and I actually think that is too generous; zero or negative stars would best describe this cretinous "rental company" (or poor excuse for one). But you guys seem to be very unprofessional, tardy with responses and like many other people leaving reviews, strung me along for a month with no communication as to what was going on in between approval.
I do not want to buy a property in the city due to the fact I want to move to another city within a years time and wanted to rent but you refuse to approve people with great credit, references, $80,000/year salary

I moved to Saskatoon June 1, 2017, moved into a property managed by Elite Property Management, the postings on the wall were very impressive, therefore that is who I chose to deal with, the company themselves I do believe are professional, but some of the staff very unprofessional. The first year the main entry door did not lock, bikes stolen from underground, SUV window smashed & personal belongings stolen, mail boxes compromised, I was never told I had an electric hot water tank, therefore my power bills were horrendous, I hired an electrician to turn it down, many unprofessional events happened

Do not use this company to manage your property! They are dishonest and not responsive. Sent them an email asking questions about their billing on the statement. After numerous follow-up emails and phone calls it took 5 weeks for them to respond with the attitude "take it or leave it". The turnover in the company is tremendous for every time we write or call about an issue we get a different response. The statement we receive is not timely and they have questionable charges and cannot provide documentation to back their billing practices. I would not use them nor recommend them

I am beyond disappointed in this property management. If you can rent or purchase a condo from another management company I would strong recommend it. Our underground parking lot was broken into and they did not tell us. I just got married and was keeping our wedding stuff in our vehicle. We also were told we could get a pet when we moved in as there are MANY people in the building with pets and they did not approve our request. In our contract it did not say that pets were not allowed. We found the perfect rescue dog and they said no for no reason. We will not be promoting this company to anyone

During the month of June, Saskatoon experienced extremely heavy rainfall. Shortly after the rain, my basement suite became extremely humid (100% humidity) and began to smell like mold, mildew, and (cat) urine. EPM (Elite Property Management) was informed of this, among other issues, beginning mid June. EPM's response to the issue was that humidity was normal in a basement during the summer, and they attributed the urine smell to a cat that previously lived in the suite before myself. No attempt at resolution was ever made on their behalf, even when I contacted EPM twice a week for a period

Had the fire alarm going off in my building every hour and a half to 2 hours starting at 11pm. the fire department had to come turn it off twice before the on call person finally decided it was worth making an appearance, only to say that it would have to wait until the morning because an emergency service call was too expensive in the middle of the night. One of the tenants watched the fire department reset the panel and figured out how to reset it the next 8 times it went off through the night and morning until the alarm company came the next afternoon.
