Ken arrived at my home to help my wife with flat tire. He was considerate and kind, and a excellent representative of the company. He did what he came to do (change a tire), but he was kind and supportive to my family while I was out of town. It was much appreciated. Because of Kens service, I would definitely choose Tony's towing for any of my future service needs. Thanks Ken, I wish I could tell you in person.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Too many issues with Tony’s towing to fit in this character count ,
Would not release my vehicle when I came to pick it up , causing it to stay there for a few more days , and then expected me to pay the extra fees for storage when they were supposed to release it days earlier ,
Contacted my lawyer & as of now, I am seeking legal action against Tony’s towing.

Very thankful for the driver Ken who helped me get my SUV towed safely to a repair shop, and for passing on my story to the shop owner! Because of Ken I was able to get my vehicle back in rapid time. My RV broke down outside Bashaw. Ken called shortly after me dealing with my AMA. He was friendly, easy to deal with, gave me updates on my tow and even sent me a picture once she was at the shop! I feel confident she was in good hands, 10/10 recommend.

During a break a in at my house, my 26' cargo trailer was stolen. A month later the RCMP called to say it had been recovered and was at tony's. It was towed in at 830pm on Thursday and I got there at 130pm Friday to get it out. Towing bill was $503.i don't care much because insurance will reimburse me, but it's the principle of it. It was towed 8 miles. I asked why so much and was told because the had to winch it out of a muddy field. Yet there wasn't a spec of mud on the trailer and when I drove by where it was recovered from there wasn't a muddy field to be found. Also charged me 2 days storage

I broke down in Camrose over Christmas. The Ford dealer in Wetaskiwin recommended Tony's Towing. My driver Randy was extremely polite, well spoken, courteous and professional. He called me to.let me know he was on the way and called again when he arrived in Camrose. I was very happy with the service provided by Tony's Towing. Thank-you Randy! . 😊

Extremely upset with this company our car broke down not far from the shop we ask them to tow out car to. My husband told the driver of the tow truck ( a older man with gray hair ) that the front end was jacked up to high and the back end of the car would be scraped up. My husband just finished detailing the car... The man insisted it wouldn't and he knew what he was doing.. long behold while waiting for the tow truck at the at the shop you could hear the back end of the car scraping down the road loud and clear.. service was terrible and they still made us pay full price plus an extra $20 because
