RCMP called Vintage to tow our car after a roll-over. When we went to collect our car the next day we found the Receptionist downright miserable to deal with both over the phone and in person. We had to wait 1.5 hr. for the Manager to arrive to release the vehicle to us (we live out of town and coming back later was not an option). The Manager was good at explaining the invoice to us. Kyle helped us load the car on our trailer and was fantastic! After a very long day of dealing with an accident, insurance etc. it was nice to have Kyle's help and cheerful attitude.

A little while ago I was in Leduc looking for an address. I'm from Edmonton and don't know the area so I was turning around multiple times. It had just freshly snowed and covered the roads to the point you couldn't tell where they ended. My car ever so slightly got pulled into the ditch just enough that despite my efforts I got stuck. Thankfully Vintage Towing was nearby! Tyler and Kurt were super friendly, super helpful, and saved me a lot of time getting me out so quickly. Thank you guys I really appreciated it!!!

Vintage towing made sure to keep in contact with me on route when my vehicle died on highway 2 in the midst of a June storm. They showed up, were completely professional and made sure to make me feel safe on the side of the highway. I want to Thank Patrick for coming to help me last night. I had missed yet another pothole, only to have the jagged edge rip into the inside of my new tire and it was instantly flat. I made the call for Roadside assistance and was told at least 45 minutes wait, and Patrick arrived in 15 minutes. My tire was changed in no time and I was enroute to get my tire replaced.
