We are a 30 year-old, family owned and operated, commercial painting company. We were founded by Henry and began in the residential sector. His sons Jon and Josh joined us 14 years ago and became partners in 2017. Jon is the Head of Operations and Sales; Josh leads Project Management and Field Operations.
Henry's sons, David and Matt, are also active members of the Company. Dave manages the Epoxy Concrete Finishes side of the business, while Matthew is the lead project manager of the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge service area. By 2008, we had invested in the required infrastructure and equipment to advance to a capable commercial painting company.

Services
H.D. Painting serves Facility Managers, Maintenance Managers and Project Managers of factories and large institutions in Southwestern, Ontario. They hire us because we are commercial painters who have the capacity and quality personnel to complete expert quality and diversified services - on time on budget.
The people who hire us are: Facility Managers, Maintenance Managers and Project Managers of factories and large institutions. Sometimes, our customers require us to have proper qualifications such as Infection Control Certification. We have numerous certifications and if we need a new one, we take the necessary steps.
There is a reason many Facility Managers, Maintenance Managers and Project Managers dread renovations: they cause serious inconvenience for the occupants of their buildings. Add schedule delays, insufficient permits as well as budgetary surprises. Interior Commercial Maintenance Painting means complete the job with minimal interference;.
Product knowledge should be elementary: Interior paint is meant to be scrubbed, resist staining and easy to clean. Exterior paint has to combat Southern Ontario's harsh and foreboding climate. What makes our painters stand out from the rest is their look of pride when they gaze at their finished work.
Commercial floors that are finished with VCT tiles must be scrubbed and waxed yearly, adding to maintenance costs. As such, many factories and large institutions in Southwestern, Ontario are removing them and installing epoxy flooring, which contain less VOC components than even carpet, tile and adhesives.
