They bake by their heart. I really enjoyed being there. Their cakes are great and more than that, they are hospitable people. They told us about attractions around there and even searched for it to exactly tell how to get there. I really recommend their cakes and tiny chocolates. Definitely come back here one day.

You walk in and it smells like a typical French bakery which made me so happy! The coffee is good, smooth and not bitter but not strong enough for my taste. The pastries my parents got were delicious looking. My mom got a cinnamon roll, she said it tasted like a cross between a croissant and a Danish. She really enjoyed it ☺ Also shout out to the lady behind the counter (unfortunately I didn't get her name) but she was super sweet

Saw lovely pictures of this place and great food reviews. We were staying in blue mountain resort and decided to come here for breakfast! (10 minutes drive) well unfortunately they changed the menu so no more eggs and crepes it's mainly baked goodies and sandwiches and the kitchen doesn't open till 11! We ordered drinks (my mocha late came warm not hot!) and then at 11 she was able to take our orders. Food was decent but nothing special..

After browsing heavenly cafes website and looking at all the beautiful cakes I figured I would call to see if it was possible for them to make a cheesecake. It seemed as though they were happy to accommodate.
I placed the order a week in advance and requested “happy birthday and happy retirement” written on the cake. You would think this request would be enough for the bakery or baker to realize it was a special day.
When I went to pick up the cake, I was truly in shock. It looked like they put less than the bare minimum into making it and that it was made the morning of.
If I had realized

I adoreeee this little cafe, with its Parisienne style. The colours, and decor all conspire to a welcoming Cafe with delicious, addictive treats.
Indoor dining is not allowed, but you can totally enjoy your fave hot or cold drink on the patio.
I suggest the London Fog tea, semi-sweet, and a chocolate almond bun...oooh the decadence is overwhelmingly divine!!

Staff are super nice. I go with what they recommend, love the food, tasty not too salty nor sweet, for me it's just perfect. The chief put lots of heart into the dishes. Small, quiet cafe. Highly recommended.

Came here after reading the reviews and definitely not disappointed. My wife had the Crepes Maison and I had the Croque Monsieur (grilled cheese ham sandwich). Both were delicious! They have a nice patio with good social distancing. Prices are reasonable and service was nice. I would definitely come back.

It was our last day of our trip from Toronto to Collingwood! Decided to have a nice brunch before we go and I found this lovly place on google! Oh my my! The ladies who work there are lovly. We ordered the tuna melt and curry apple croissant. They were so fresh and delicious! Before we hit the road I also got a chocolate croissant, its covered with chocolate and filled with chocolate, one of the best croissants I ever had. Highly recommend, definitely will come back next time we are back in Collingwood!

Amazing!!! We came in around 11:30am on a busy weekend morning and the restaurant was packed, so we were very lucky that a group was just leaving as we entered. The staff was quick to sanitize the table for us before we sat down. I had the dirty chai latte and it was very yummy, but nothing special. I couldn't pick between two menu options so I just went for both and had the Apple Brie Croissant as well as the Crepes Maison. Both were absolutely delicious, the portion sizes were great, and I'm so glad I got to try both. The croissant may have had very simply ingredients but it was a perfect breakfast

Cool little place for a relatively quick bite to eat. The decor is not my style but I can appreciate what they're going for - I counted 9 different Eiffel towers within the restaurant. The omelette is fairly simple - in retrospect I should have opted in for the extra ham as it was a bit plain for my taste. The butternut squash was REALLY good but the little piece of toast on the side was a bit more meh. The French toast was fantastic.

We stopped for lunch on a busy day and we were not greeted at all. We waited for 10 min to place our order at the counter. The lady was very rude with each item that I ordered. Food was mediocre. I never leave bad reviews, I usually just don't come back but I couldn't believe the blatant rudeness that I received. I won't be back. This place has potential, hopefully they can turn it around.

We were lucky to find this place - one of a few open till late afternoon on weekends. vanilla chai was smooth and i really like its aroma. tuna sandwich was a surprise - unlike lots of other restaurants it didn't add too much sodium. cranberries add a hint of sweetness and sour taste to the sandwich which i found it quite refreshing. if you don't like the crowd in Blue Mountains resort, this is another option that you could consider to go.

We stopped by on our way to the main city of Collingwood. We were greeted promptly by our server and were provided with the specials and menu. The selection of teas and coffees were extensive and the price point is above average. We had the cranberry walnut cinnamon roll (like the cinnabon but wayyyyy better). Would recommend coming here for a casual get together or treat. Would come back for sure.

Came for brunch during the long weekend. There were plenty of empty tables and took us 10 mins to sit and waited another half an hour for nobody taking our orders. We were a group of six and both of us felt being treated in a disrespectful way. We tried to let the waitress know that we were ready and she responded us in kind of rude way. So we left. A bad way to start a day

I'm of 2 minds for this ... it was good but I wont come back.

Baked items - had the cinnamon roll with nuts and cranberries- very decadent- delicious but perhaps too much.

Coffee was good but not great, definitely had better and worse.

My issue was the price - $18 for 2 lattes and 1 cinnamon roll. That seems too excessive to me.

Nice little boutique style shop right outside Collingwood and the Blue Mountain ski resort. Food is cheap and high quality. They also sell desserts and specialty drinks, alcohol too.

Very friendly service and clean environment.

The place is very small, you may not get a seat during very busy times.

What a great find! Thank you to all the previous reviewers for giving a great rating which brought us in. Great food and great ambience! The menu has been updated and brunch is only served till 2pm though the kitchen continues to cook lunch behind. We were disappointed at first as we came for brunch at 2:30 however what we really wanted was still available on the lunch menu. I had the quiche and French onion soup and my wife had the Croque de Madame. Her sandwich was a home run and the soup though pricey is worth every penny! So CHEESY!!!

A wonderful find thanks to Yelp. The Mocha Latte is to die for. The dessert counter will amaze you. The food was fresh, hot and tasty.
A wonderful ambiance with engaged and friendly ownership. You will pay a little more here but for a vacation brunch it was well worth it.
Well done!

In Canada visiting a local resort. We stopped at this shop multiple times. We had apple cinnamon rolls, vanilla latte, cafe macchiato and mocca lattes. All were great. The mocca latte was extremely decedent. Even though we didn't do much of the apple pie trail the cinnamon roll makes me wish we did!

A charming Parisian style cafe in Collingwood. The ambiance alone is worth an afternoon of sinking into comfy chairs and just chilling to the music or letting your eyes wander and take in the "quaintness" of the place. That said, we enjoyed our stop here mainly because of what we had:
- Apple cinnamon bun: When in apple county, one has to get apples. Heavenly Cafe is part of the apple trail and this bun makes you see why. It was soft without being soggy, had the right level of sweetness despite having a generous amount of apples, and just had that perfect homemade taste that flavours
