Last Friday I took my truck for a recall on the latch on doors larch freezing concerns (19N06) and power door lock actuator failure (20M04). Not sure what the team did, but now I am not able to open the right rear door from outside
Is the technician really performing the activity? If so, are they checking if the job has been completely successful?
I am super concerned about the job performed and the service received. I have wasted time and resources to bring and pick up my truck, and now the truck is worse than it was before.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Lincoln at Waterloo and were very impressed from beginning to end. Chris and Jai were very professional and courteous without making us feel pressured. Jai was attentive, answered all our questions and exceeded our expectations with his in depth accurate knowledge of comparison vehicles in the same class. Service prices were extremely fair and reasonable. No unnecessary parts sales or “made up” service recommendations. Love the final breakdown of future recommendations complete with pictures and explanations. Will continue using Waterloo as my F150 ages.

I phoned them in March 2019 to get air bags for my car due to a recall. Service said they would order them and have them within 3 to 4 weeks. I have called them a couple of times to check in and was told they hadn't arrived. I get an automated call in about July saying have your car in tomorrow morning to replace air bags. I call them back saying I can't make tomorrow morning!!! The service guy then tells me I'm sorry but we don't even have the airbags in...we got them then they were faulty ...not sure why you would have got that automated call!!!! so we don't have

After reading some of the reviews I was a little cautious with taking my vehicle here for warranty and regular preventative maintenance. With that said, I've now been to this location approximately 4-5 times and its always been pleasant. The service advisors (Eddy and Marnie) have been good with explaining their processes and keeping me up to date throughout the day. The Lincoln concierge (Shannon) was super friendly and was able to accommodate my booking and use of a loaner pretty quickly. We have also dealt with a sale rep (Ron) in the last week as we evaluated our options for a new vehicle

VERY POOR ALL AROUND. I have been a 4 year loyal service customer and I would have said you would find no better service than at Waterloo Ford, until I purchased a used vehicle from them. When I picked my vehicle up it had an additional almost 1000kms, rear shocks, a severe smoking issue and some other issues. Waterloo was deceptive throughout the entire sales process. they have fixed some of the problems but have now refused to do anything more. the manager i was originally dealing with has not been with waterloo ford for a few months and was dismissive to my complaints when he was there. I bought my Lincoln this past summer and have only good things to say! I was treated respectfully, and had a great sales experience. Ron Bergoine was awesome! He helped me with a great car and was very knowledgeable! I had to bring my car in for service due to me running over a nail months later. The quick lane service was amazing! Super friendly staff, I received a loner to get simple errands done and they even have a cafeteria to grab a bite while you wait. If you need a car, go here! Unfortunately, over the past two days we have dealt with very poor customer service from Waterloo Ford. I am always hesitant to take my vehicle into the dealership for maintenance because it often takes longer and seems more expensive. However, we gave it a shot.

I could write a few pages on what went wrong, but the key issues were the dealership taking 2 days to complete something that should have taken a few hours (and we had a 7:15am appointment, giving them plenty of time) which ended up with us having to take the truck back for a second day. I quite like the appearance and the atmosphere of this newly renovated dealership. I may be slightly biased to this one as I spend more time here then others.

I have only dealt with service once but it was very pleasant when I did. I had a problem with a car I was taking and they came out and fixed it up right away.

The sales team seems excellent also, very similar to most dealerships if you are not there for a couple months some faces change but they seem well trained. They great you as you walk in and offer you information or even a drink. There is one face I love to see there because I

Recently drove a friends brand new Acura MDX and was stunned by the smoothness! That made me realize that my 2004 Ford Exp was giving me a feel of driving a 'lorry' (google if you dont know what). Something definitely not right with my Exp. even if my friends is a brand new luxury SUV. I realize I was hearing a constant annoying humming when the vehicle is moving and was also feeling rough. This was not something new, but has been there for a while, say for about more than couple of years, only it became more annoying now.
