Scott Held is the new President of Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West. Originally from Whitehorse, Scott started washing cars when he was 17 years old. It was a cool job, all my friends were bagging groceries and I got to drive new cars. I eventually got offered a job selling cars. I did that part time while I was going to school and, eventually, decided it was an industry I really enjoyed.

We tend to easily criticize and forget to say thank you. The recent service experience at Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West was exceptional - from the service manager Trevor Wong to Service Advisor Tony Pullishy. The way in which they handled and resolved our issues is what one would expect from this superior Mercedes brand; that stands by their products and their promises of service delivery. There are many constraints that the Covid pandemic has put on service delivery, but in this case the service was exceptional. Thanks

Hands down the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. Dari our salesman was fantastic, he is a very personable individual and we could not have asked for anything more. He went over every detail with us and truly cared about what we wanted. They treated us with the utmost respect. We could not have had a better experience from walking into the doors for the first time to the finance lady to the service team.
