I called late Friday afternoon to book an appointment, thinking I would have to wait a number of days before I would see anyone. Not so! Monday morning, Tyler came over, explained the problem and the solution to me, and got to work clearing the world's biggest blockage. Not only that, but he was humming as he worked, Beautiful voice! Nice to hear someone who so obviously loves his job.
