Out of the 3 companies I called one afternoon last week, Scooter Rooter was the only one who was able to give me a quote on the spot (and a reasonable one, at that). They arrived within the hour and did a bang-up job cleaning both my grease traps. Will be using them again and again - highly recommend!

An excellent company. Great customer service. Very reasonable prices. A pipe burst in my home which was not a fun day. They were here within an hour as it was an emergency. James Kelly, one of their plumbers fixed what he could and limited the damage which would have been a lot worse without his help. Had them in twice more since then to assist in small parts of the reconstruction. Highly recommended if you need a plumbing company.

I recently renovated my rental unit. Upon renovating, I ran into a few issues both in the washroom and kitchen. I used Scooter Rooter (as we have in the past). I was able to speak to a knowledgeable individual who scheduled an appointment for the same day. The plumber replaced the p-trap in the washroom and replaced the kitchen sink as well as the taps. Efficient service. The plumber ensured my home was left clean and both sinks were working much better than before they came. I would recommend Scooter Rooter.

This is my third time using Scooter Rooter and I've always been so impressed by the service that I've received!
Last weekend, I had an emergency situation. We had a leak in our bathroom which was coming from inside the wall. I spoke to Pat over the phone who reassured us that they'd be able to fix the problem and that a plumber would be at our home within the hour.
Sure enough, Emerson was at our front door within the hour. He was very polite, courteous and took the time to walk us through the problem step by step. Our leak is now fixed and everything is working in top notch order. As stressed

We recently used Scooter Rooter to fix a drainage problem and were very happy with the service provided. It was my first time having them fix a plumbing issue at our house and it went off without a hitch.
The drain to the road is now flowing better than ever after a couple quick visits. The person coordinating the work and following up with customers was also very nice to deal with.
