The storage spaces here are very clean and the location is convenient. This facility does not pro rate rental fees, only goes by month, so if you move out early in the month you will not get the rest of the month back. This facility has trolleys on site for you to move stuff in and out. The office staff has to check the trolleys in and out. Access to the lockers are available outside of office hours. If you are moving IN at a time that the office is not open you can sign out a key to a trolley to use at a time that the office is open. But if you are moving OUT at a time that the office is not open

Very rude staff (argumentative) whom do a lot of double talk and don't understand the concept of customer serve. Very weak customer service and quick to make "rulings" then pass the buck to the "owner" who is out of town...
I would suggest, from my experience, take all your business elsewhere and there are a lot of other places in town.

Valleyview Mini Storage is by far the cleanest, most secure storage facility in the Kamloops area. Their staff are friendly and helpful and their location is convenient since it's right off the highway. There is a Starbucks and other shops in the same mall. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, Valleyview Mini Storage is the place to do it.
