Placed an order over the phone and was told that it would be ready for pickup same day . All items were in stock . Arrived at store to pickup ,,, person at counter asked what I was here for ,, had trouble getting my name straight ,,, returned to counter and said come back tomorrow we are busy with other orders,, they need time to cut material ,,, 2 things ,,, the people skills are lacking and get it straight between departments ,,, a total waste of time and gas .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. God forbid you would receive any defective item, they will leave you high and dry and you have to deal with the vendors by yourself. They will deny you exchange or return and will hide behind polices that only exist in there's corporate office.

Ordered a David Clark One-X for my flight lessons, the box arrived in pristine condition, very nicely wrapped and protected. It was packaged with great care and unused (aka not a product that was a customer returned one like I sometimes have at Amazon for example). Also asked a few questions on the website AircraftSpruce.ca, and the lady was very nice, courteous and helpful. I called on October 9th before ordering my headsets on October 10th to make sure I get those on time and operator assured it will be shipped on October 19th. I was flying on November 1st. On October 20th when I called back and it was’t shipped and was told it will be shipped on 21st. I called back on 22nd and it wasn’t shipped. I was assured it will be shipped on 23rd and of course it wasn’t shipped. I ended up calling again and was given another date and I kind of gave up at that point. They ended up shipping on 26th and I had to cancel my flight lesson.
