The Nurses who came and did footcare for my mother in law was amazing . She was Gentle, kind and so patient with her .
I recommend care at home to everyone I meet and that needs help in there home .

Very unprofessional staff that are behind the scenes of this company. The nurses made so many mistakes in regards of medical care and medication errors for clients. They also treated the care aides in the same manner - unprofessional. I felt bad for some the way the care aides were treated by the nurses. This company is terrible. Go with someone else to ensure proper care for your loved ones.

One of their drivers needs to drive more carefully. It was at Fatburger in Maple Ridge Friday July 2 around 8 pm. Needs to shoulder check before backing up and look at the rear view mirror. Asian lady with a ponytail driving it, presumably with her husband. I would dread seeing a client in that vehicle. The guy had to stop to let her back up and she didn't even acknowledge him.

This is the worst home care service I ever deal with. My mother had dementia and need company for 3 hours a day. We started with one worker and ended up replacing her few weeks later with another worker. Few weeks later I had to let her go and stop using this company services due to lack of helping, companionship, laziness and won’t do what my mother wanted to do. The customer service never got in touch to see what went wrong! Silence after the 2nd worker was let go. I give them 0 stars. Don’t deal with them!!

We had our mother visiting and needed a nurse/caregiver to help us in the morning. Miguel, the caregiver was fantastic and made our moms visit (3 weeks) so much more enjoyable for all of us. On the downside I have to say that we had some last minute scare no caregiver might be available. I tried to organize this months in advance and was assured that we would have a nurse. Less than two weeks before our mom's arrival, I was told that Care At Home might not have someone. It was not until one day after our mom arrived that we had a confirmation a caregiver would be available. In short, the service

Excellent 24 hour care for my out of town surgery. Care at Home Services provided a pickup service from the surgery center to my hotel and picked up my medications. While I recovered the nurses kept my medication on track and monitored my health. I would recommend their professional services to anyone. A 5 star company.

We hired Care at Home a few years ago to provide social visits to our mother, who has dementia and no nearby family members able to visit her care home regularly. The first person they provided was terrific, a kind, caring young woman who spoke French (as does our mother) and seemed to form a meaningful bond during her visits. However, when she left to return to school, they were never able to provide consistent, reliable service. The worst was when we discovered that the person hired wasn't even visiting, and we were still being charged. We only discovered this when my sister visited

When our Mom had a stroke and needed full time care in her home, we contacted Care at Home Services. They were very helpful, compassionate and knew exactly what we needed. Care at Home quickly assessed our situation and worked with us to quickly find caregivers that fit extremely well with my Mom and her situation and who continue to provide excellent care on a day to day basis. Everyone at Care at Home Services has been very professional, personable and excellent in the interactions we have had with them. I would highly recommend their services.

My experience with Care at Home has been very positive!
My mother has dementia and mobility issues, and consistency with Care is very important to me. The caregiver that cares for my mother is very qualified and the relationship they share is Wonderful! I am truly grateful for all she does.
I also appreciate the caregiver and nurse checking in from time to time and communicating any concerns with me.
I would recommend Care at Home.

I wish we would have checked the reviews before hiring this company as it would've saved us all a lot of pain and discomfort.. Yes this company really does provide the worst customer care and service anyone could ever imagine, they really are completely disorganized and unprofessional. Plus, probably worst of all, they do not have qualified caregivers to go out and provide the service that they promise to provide. Even though in the interview before hand, Christina promised us they could do all the things we required for our mother.
